What we receive, and why
This website has no forms, no accounts and no analytics. Personal data reach us only when you decide to get in touch:
- By phone: your number, your name and the address of the job.
- By WhatsApp: your number and profile name, the messages, and any photos or location you send.
- By email: your address and whatever you write or attach.
- At the job: the document you show to prove the property, car or safe is yours. It is looked at, not copied or kept.
They are used to answer you, to arrange and carry out the job, to check you are entitled to have a door opened, and to issue the invoice. The legal bases are the steps you ask for before a contract and the contract itself (GDPR art. 6.1.b), and our tax obligations for invoices (art. 6.1.c).
How long it is kept
- Messages and photos that lead to no job: deleted within six months.
- Job details: while any claim about the work can be made, normally five years.
- Invoices: the period tax law requires, currently six years.
Who else handles it
Your data are not sold or given to anyone for marketing. They pass through, or are held by:
- The web host (Cloudflare), which serves the pages and keeps technical logs, such as IP addresses, for security.
- WhatsApp (Meta), if you write to us there.
- The email provider, for messages sent by email.
- The tax adviser and the tax authority, for invoices.
- The police or the courts, only when the law requires it.
Some of these providers are based in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, or on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. The fonts on this site are served from our own host, so no data go to Google Fonts.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format, by writing to [email protected]. If you think your data have been mishandled, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), www.aepd.es.
